# When a website isn't enough, build the tool

Page: Web Apps · https://verlyon.com/web-apps

A website explains what you do. A web app does part of the work: it signs people in, calculates, schedules and keeps records in one place.

## We map the work before we draw a single screen

- Map how it works today · Who does what, where the data lives and where the time goes.
- Replace one thing completely · The first version takes over one spreadsheet or one email chain, all of it. Then we add what your people ask for.
- Runs in any browser · No app store, nothing to install, updates in one place.

## What we build

- Client portals · Your clients sign in and find their documents, status and invoices themselves, instead of emailing to ask.
- Quote and price calculators · Your customers answer a few questions and get a price on the spot. Your sales team gets the same numbers every time.
- Scheduling and planning · Shifts, bookings and availability in one place, so nobody has to ask who's free on Thursday.
- Internal records · Jobs, equipment and reports in one system instead of five spreadsheets that never quite match.

### Tell us about the process

Describe what happens today and where it gets stuck. We'll reply within one business day with a first take and a quote.

## Questions we get asked

**Do we need a detailed spec?**

No. Tell us how the work runs today. We'll propose the screens, the roles and what belongs in the first release.

**Will it work on phones?**

Yes. Every app works in the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. A native app only makes sense in some cases, and we'll tell you if yours is one.

## Which spreadsheet would you retire first?
